Would have been internally… likely an old one. This is one of the problems not having a commercial printer in town. I really don’t think there was any malfeasance on the sOE’s part.
If somebody who worked for a commercial printer, as well as at the Key West Citizen, when they had their printing presses here, I find it a little suspect to accuse the printer of the error.

I could see somebody grabbing and sending the wrong file to press… it unfortunately happened to us a couple times in the magazine business…
Are you talking about the printer grabbing the wrong file? Where did they get that wrong file?
