City of Gainesville Removes Pride Crosswalks

On Thursday, City workers were seen removing the crosswalks.

I don’t even recognize Gainesville anymore when I go there… and the fact that the City could do this in what was a wonderful small town astounds me.

On Thursday, workers were seen removing the crosswalks at the intersection of Southeast First St. and Southeast Second Place, adjacent to the Hippodrome Theater.

I guess we will figure out on Wednesday.

The most interesting thing to me, is how much street art other cities —albeit larger, but not as creative — have compared to Key West.
