BREAKING: City Commission Appoints Veliz as Interim District V City Commissioner

The FKAA Executive Director will replace the late Mary Lou Hoover for the rest of her term.

The Key West City Commission has appointed FKAA Executive Director Greg Veliz to fill the District V seated vacated by the death of Commissioner Mary Lou Hoover.

Veliz will be sworn in during the commission’s break and begin serving at the commission’s afternoon session beginning at 5 p.m.
