Here is a nice feature about a Key West native. I wish I would have written it.
Former head of the City Planning Department, Katie Halloran, might go down as the person that stopped the BS at City Hall.
With a pending HR complaint — Alyson Crean claims can’t be released although Halloran is no longer an employee — Halloran is good proof that the Cuzzy Bubbas can and will turn on each other.
And she may very well be the last PERSON standing when the complete fallout of the Bubba Bozo Trio is all said and done.
Florida's Sunshine Law only exempts employee records that related to discrimination. But Katie Halloran didn't file a discrimination complaint, so those records should be released as required by law.

hope that satisfied their appetite! Because she was a competent, caring department head, who accomplished many things and was totally inclusive of the community.
But it appears that there’s going to be more fallout from the Grand Jury, and her resignation may spark it even more. It may be tasty dessert for our community when the Grand Jury acts again, let’s hope!
